The Story
1999
Sandy Shofner founds Buzz Baseball. Only four select organizations exist in all of Texas.
2000s
Buzz becomes one of Central Texas' premier select organizations.
600+
Over two decades, more than 600 Buzz players advance to college baseball and beyond.
After 22 Yrs
Sandy steps away. The organization is sold to a former player.
Today
Buzz Baseball is back as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit — rebuilding a Waco legacy and developing the next generation of players and young men of character.
